Investment worth Rs 3,200 crore planned by House of Hiranandani in Mumbai
Real estate developer House of Hiranandani has signed two separate agreements to redevelop 5 housing societies in Mumbai's Chembur suburb with an investment exceeding Rs 3,200 crore. The projects hold a development potential of over 1.7 million sq ft and are estimated to have a gross development value of over Rs 5,000 crore.
Hiranandani is looking to make an investment worth over Rs 3,200 crore in the project. As per the firm, the aim is currently securing necessary approvals and aims to complete the redevelopment within the next 4-5 years while exploring other key markets for similar opportunities.
