Assam to get 38 CNG stations says CM Sarma
The chief minister of the state of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma said that there will be 38 new CNG Stations in the state. He further said that steps will be taken to increase the numbers soon. The minister virtually inaugurated commercial operations of five Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations at a program held in Dispur.
The joint venture company of Assam Gas Company Limited, Oil India Limited, and Gail Gas Limited, Purba Bharati Gas Private Limited has developed the CNG stations in Ulubari, Sonapur, Lalmati, Kahilipara, and Azara.
