Gaurs Group would build luxury flats in Ghaziabad, plans investment worth Rs 1.600 crore
Real estate developer Gaurs Group has plans to develop a new luxury housing project in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, with an investment of Rs 1,600 crore. The move is a part of the firm's plan to expand business amid strong demand.
The project would be named Gaur NYC Residences has already sold all 1,216 apartments within three days of its launch.
