Torrent Power chalks out Rs 64,000 crore green energy investment plans
Leading power sector firm Torrent Power has planned investment worth Rs 64,000 crore for green or renewable energy projects. The firm has submitted a ‘Shapath Patra’ to achieve 10 Gigawatt (GW) of installed Renewable Energy (RE) capacity by 2030, with an investment of Rs 57,000 crore.
The announcement was made at the 4th Edition of RE-Invest at Gandhinagar, held by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy.
