Macrotech buys stake in join entities held by Ivanhoé Cambridge
Real estate developer Macrotech Developers, listed under the brand name Lodha, has purchased the stake held by a company of Ivanhoé Cambridge in its 3 different joint entities for Rs 239.56 crore. According to the firm, the move aligns with its strategy to grow its annuity income.
This acquisition increases Lodha's stakes in Bellissimo Digital Infrastructure Development Management, Palava Induslogic 4, and Bellissimo In City FC Mumbai 1.
