2.45 lakh sq ft multi-speciality hospital leased by Manipal Health in Bengaluru
Popular healthcare chain Manipal Health has leased a 2.45 lakh sq ft multi-speciality hospital building in Bengaluru’s Yelahanka. The space is leased for 30 years, with a starting monthly rent of Rs 1.27 crore. The total rental outgo is estimated at around Rs 816.12 crore.
The acquired space covers three basement levels, a ground floor and 10 upper floors. This transaction comes after the firm acquired a hospital property in Mumbai’s western suburb of Andheri for Rs 495 crore.
