Lucknow Metro: Ranjit Buildcon emerges lowest bidder for work related to phase 1B
Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (UPMRCL) has declared Ranjit Buildcon Limited as the lowest bidder (L-1) for phase 1 B works. The contract, worth over Rs 383 crores, involves the design and Construction of the main-line elevated viaduct from Thakurganj Metro Station to Vasant Kunj Metro Station.
The scope of work also covers construction of a ramp (Approx. 740.00m) to connect the viaduct & Depot Entry/Exit and 5 nos. of Elevated Metro Stations, i.e., Thakurganj, Balaganj, Sarfarajganj, Musabagh & Vasantkunj, including Civil, Associated Ancillary Structures, PEB structures, Architectural work, Water Supply, Sanitary Installation, Drainage, External Development, Fire Fighting arrangement, and E&M works. The period of completion of the work is around 7.5 years.
