1.75 lakh sq ft office space leased by Disney India in Bengaluru
California-based Walt Disney's Indian arm, Disney India, has leased 1.75 lakh sq ft of office space in Bengaluru’s Bellandur locality. The space is leased for a 5-year tenure with a 15% rent escalation after three years.
The firm's total rental commitment over the five-year lease tenure is estimated at Rs 127.84 crore.
