Adani Properties emerges as highest bidder for Bandra, Worli redevelopment projects
Adani Group's real estate arm, Adani Properties, has emerged as the highest bidder for cluster redevelopment projects in Adarsh Nagar in Worli and Bandra Reclamation. The bids were invited by the Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board (MHB), a constituent board of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA).
Adarsh Nagar project in Worli is spread over 34.33 acres, while the Bandra Reclamation project is spread over 98.27 acres. Further, a consortium comprising JSW Group’s Hanura Realty, Chandak Realtors, Premsagar Infra Realty and Vantier Realty submitted the highest bid for Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel (S.V.P.) Nagar cluster redevelopment project in Andheri West. The project is spread over an area of 73.89 acres.
