Odisha housing board plans to launch 4 real estate projects to boost affordable housing
Odisha government's urban planning body, Odisha State Housing Board (OSHB), has plans to develop 4 new residential projects in a bid to promote affordable housing in the state. These projects will be developed near AIIMS-Bhubaneswar, Ranasinghpur EPC housing, Patrapada housing, and the Basanti Colony joint venture residential apartment.
Spread over 12.9 acres, these new projects are a Suango public-private partnership (PPP) project expected to create nearly 6,877 inclusive residential units.
