4.25 lakh sq ft workspace acquired by Table Space in Pune and Navi Mumbai
Managed office space solutions provider, Table Space, has acquired around 4.25 lakh square feet of premium Grade A managed workspace across Pune and Navi Mumbai. In Pune, the firm leased 3.76 lakh square feet of space across Wakad, Yerwada, and Koregaon Park.
In Navi Mumbai, 50,000 square feet of space is acquired at Mindspace Airoli East. As per the firm this move provides enterprises with a high-quality, cost-efficient alternative to core Mumbai markets while benefiting from infrastructure synergy and talent accessibility.
