3.5-acres land acquired by STT Global in Navi Mumbai
Singapore-based data centre colocation provider STT Global has acquired a 3.48-acre industrial property in Navi Mumbai's Mahape. The firm's India arm has purchased the asset from a Mumbai-based printing, publishing, and book distribution company, Repro India.
The transaction is closed for Rs 282 crore of land located in the MIDC-developed TTC Industrial Area at Khairane. This deal also covers an existing built-up structure spanning 73,496 sq ft.
