Allyis Group Acquired By Tech Mahindra
Technology consulting, managed services, and staffing solutions provider Allyis Group and Green Investments have been acquired by Tech Mahindra. In its statement, Tech Mahindra said that the acquisition would bolster its capabilities in digital experience solutions, learning & development, marketing, instructional design, engineering: cloud and automation, BI & analytics, and technical support services.
