Atul Projects bags redevelopment project in Mumbai
Builder and developer Atul Projects has bagged a redevelopment project in Mumbai. As per the firm, the work involves the redevelopment of an upscale land parcel of approximately 2.76 acres in Borivali (West), along the high-potential SV Road corridor.
The firm will deliver a residential mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom luxury homes that appeal to end-users, as well as long-term investors looking for a premium lifestyle and connectivity. The estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of the project is approximately Rs 750 crores.
