Mindspace REIT to acquire IT Park for over Rs 2,000 crore in Hyderabad
Real estate major K Raheja Corp backed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), the Mindspace Business Parks REIT is set to acquire an information technology (IT) park Commerzone Raidurg. Located in Hyderabad's Madhapur the park is spread over 1.82 million sq ft office space.
The deal is done for Rs 2,038 crore expanding REIT's portfolio to around 15 million sq ft. The space is fully leased to tech major Qualcomm.
