Satya Group gets Rs 245 crore for its housing project from ASK Property Fund
Blackstone-backed real estate dedicated fund the ASK Property Fund has invested Rs 245 crore in Satya Group's housing project in Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. The real estate firm is developing the project spread over 4.6 acres with about 500 units.
The project has a total saleable area of around 12 lakh square feet and a revenue potential of Rs 1,600 crore in the next 5 years.
