BPTP Group plans luxury residential project in Gurugram, to invest Rs 3,000 crore
Real estate firm BPTP Group has plans to develop a luxury residential project, named BPTP Amstoria Verti-Greens, located in Sector 102, Gurugram, on the Dwarka Expressway. Spread over 12.05-acre the project will feature 885 apartments, a 155,000 sq ft club, and 15 sky gardens across 5 towers.
The firm would invest Rs 3,000 crore for the development of the project with a revenue expectation of Rs 6,500 crore.
