K Raheja Corp acquired property in Hubali for over Rs 400 crore
The subsidiary of K Raheja Corp, Inorbit Malls (India) has acquired a retail property spread over a gross built-up area of nearly 6.5 lakh sq ft in Karnataka’s Hubli. The space is acquired for over Rs 400 crore. The leased mall features tenants like Reliance Trends and Lifestyle.
This move highlights the growing potential of tier-II cities in India for large-scale real estate investments. The asset is completely developed and is scheduled to be launched in the next few months.
