Migsun Group bags rights to develop bus terminals in Agra
Real estate major Migsun Group has bagged the right to develop two bus terminals in Agra. The firm would develop around 1.3 million sq ft of commercial space at an investment of Rs 300 crore. The project would be developed through the Public Private Partnership (PPP).
In one terminal the firm will get the space to develop 350,000 sq ft while at the second location, it will develop 1 million sq ft. Mogsun is also developing a 5-acre land parcel in Lucknow that it bought from Medanta Group in Lucknow.
