Migsun Group ropes in Clubhouse for new hotel in Lucknow
Real estate developer Migsun Group has signed a hospitality firm, Clubhouse, to develop and operate a 200-key hotel. The hotel will be located within its mixed-use project, Migsun Janpath, in Lucknow.
This hotel is expected to cater to business travellers, social events, and leisure demand. Two firms have signed a 28-year-long-term revenue share lease.
