Mumbai Metro: Tender floated for construction related to line 12
Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has floated a tender inviting bids for the civil construction of Mumbai Metro's Line-12 (Orange Line).
The project aims to link Kalyan, Dombivali, and Amandoot (Taloja), enhancing transportation options for the ever-growing Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Spanning 22.17 km and comprising 19 elevated stations, the project is set to become a southern extension of the under-construction Line-5 (Thane – Bhiwandi – Kalyan).
The estimated cost of the project is Rs 4,132 crore.
