Adani Group to develop 655 acres across 8 airports
Adani Group's firm Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL) has kick-started a three-phase development of 655 acres of land holding for city-side development across 8 airports in India. The work would be done in the airports of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, Bengaluru, and Thiruvananthapuram.
As per AEL in the first phase, development will be across 114 acres, of which roughly 40 percent or 50 acres will be in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, and the rest 60-65 acres will be in the other 6 airports. The work includes the development of hotels, retail spaces, convention centres, commercial spaces, offices, food and beverages, entertainment, and other developments, in line with business needs, associated utilities, facilities, and connectivity.
