Prestige Estates sells hosuing worth Rs 2,500 crores in Hyderabad Project
Real estate developer Prestige Estates has informed of the sale of 1,700 housing units in its Hyderabad based hosuing project Prestige Golden Grove. The firm has earned Rs 2,500 crores from the sale of the units in the project, which is spread over 29 acres.
The project comprises 5,120 units, and the firm is expecting a total revenue of around Rs 9,500 crore from this project.
