Railway colony redevelopment: RLDA floats tender for Delhi Civil Lines worth Rs 318 crore
The statutory authority of Indian Railways, the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has floated a tender inviting bids for the redevelopment of the Boulevard Road Railway Colony in Delhi. As per RLDA the land has an approximate area of 2.156 hectares (21,568.35 sqm), and will be leased for 99 years with a reserve price of Rs 318 crore.
The site has an applicable Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 16,176.26 sqm and the redevelopment work would be aligned with Delhi's Master Plan and Development Control Regulations.
