SAEL to develop a new solar manufacturing plant in Greater Noida, investment worth over Rs 8,000 crore on lines
Renewable energy firm SAEL Industries Ltd has plans to develop a new 5-gigawatt (GW) integrated solar cell and module manufacturing facility in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The firm would invest Rs 8,200 crore in the project, with construction expected to begin next year.
Post completion, the project would have a total module manufacturing capacity to 8.5 GW.
