Stonecraft Group to launch integrated township project in Telangana
Real estate developer Stonecraft Group has plans to develop an integrated township spread over 110 acres at Yadagiri Gutta, Telangana. The project would take an investment of Rs 1,100 crores and will feature two core components, one of which is the 90 acres of premium residential plots.
As per the developer, the residential project is expected to generate Rs 500 crore. The other component is the senior living enclave with 333 independent homes spread over 20 acres, expected to generate Rs 600 crore.
