11,000 sq ft space leased by Omaxe Chowk
Omaxe group's commercial retail real estate offering Omaxe Chowk has leased 11,000 sq ft retail. The space is acquired by the jewelry sector majors Tanishq, Senco, and Giva for their flagship stores in Chandni Chowk. As per Omaxe other major brands, including traditional jewelers from across India, are also lining up to sign a lease agreement for space in the project.
The project Omaxe Chowk is bringing a wide range of jewelry solutions under one roof and endeavors to become an end-to-end jewelry marketplace. The lease rental signed with the brands ranges from Rs 500-800 PSF and the area varies between 600 sq. ft. to 6000 sq. ft.
