9 lakh sq ft of office leased by Uber in Hyderabad
Multinational ride-hailing firm Uber has leased over 9 lakh sq ft of office space in Hyderabad. The space is leased for a period of 10 years, as the firm plans to develop a global capability centre (GCC).
The leased space is spread across 10 floors, starting from floor 11 to 20, in Tower 1 of Meenakshi Eco Park. As per ETRealty.com, the total rent outgo for the period of lease is Rs 839 crores.
