Acquiring of 3 new malls planned by Nexus, to invest Rs 1,000 crore
Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Nexus Select Trust has plans to invest Rs 1,000 crore in acquiring 3 malls in Hyderabad to take the total portfolio to 20 malls and 11 million sq ft. The trust operates 17 malls across the country with over 10 million sq ft of space.
Nexus is in the final stages to acquire include the E-Galleria mall in Moosarambagh, L&T Metro Mall in Punjagutta, and the Next Galleria Mall near Irrum Manzil.
