Avaada Group plans to develop solar cell manufactruing plant in Nagpur
Leading clean energy firm Avaada Group has plans to develop a cell manufacturing plant in Nagpur. The 6 GW plant will be India’s largest solar cell manufacturing unit, and the firm is looking to start production from the facility next month.
The project is being developed with an investment of Rs 13,500 crore. Further, the firm plans to integrate polysilicon, ingots, wafers, cells, and modules progressively, along with solar glass manufacturing from sand.
