Madhusudan Murlidhar buys apartment worth over Rs 120 crores in DLF's Gurugram project
Seasoned investor and businessman Madhusudan Murlidhar Kela has purchased an ultra-luxury residential apartment in DLF's Gurugram project, The Dahlias. The apartment is spread over 6,233 sq. ft. of carpet area, for which Kela paid Rs 120.71 crore.
As per ET, this deal set a new benchmark for Gurgaon, with the price being at par with prime Mumbai areas and bungalows in Lutyens Delhi.
