APSEZ bags contract for LNG export project from Argentina
Adani Group firm, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ), has bagged a contract for Argentina’s first liquefied natural gas (LNG) export project. The contract is signed for 10 years for marine services.
The order was awarded to APSEZ's step-down subsidiary, Adani Harbour International FZCO, through a consortium with Argentina-based Meridian Group (51:49 joint venture), following a global tendering process. Under the order, the Adani Group firm will provide end-to-end marine services for the Southern Energy FLNG project, including tugboat operations for LNG carriers, offshore logistics and supply support, and crew transfer services.
