Acquisition of DB Power by Adani get's CCI approval
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given its approval to Adani Power's proposed acquisition of DB Power and Diligent Power. CCI said that Adani Power is acquiring a 100 percent stake in DB Power and its holding company, Diligent Power.
DB Power operates a coal-based power plant with an installed capacity of 120 megawatts in Chhattisgarh.
