Affordable Housing Project To Be Developed By Vidiyal Residency
Real estate developer Vidiyal Residency is planning to develop a housing facility for industrial workers at Nagamangalam village in the Krishnagiri district of Tamil Nadu. The project to spread over 64.62 acres of land parcel would be developed under the Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHCs) Scheme of the Government of India. It would see the development of 14 blocks of LG+G+7 floors with parking facilities.
Work on the project is expected to commence by July 2022 as the developer received environment clearance.
