Agra-Gwalior expressway project: GR Infraprojects and NHAI to jointly develop the project
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and GR Infraprojects have come together to jointly develop the Agra-Gwalior greenfield expressway. The project involves an 88 km six-lane access-controlled route, which would take an investment worth Rs 4613 crore. The project is to be executed on a build-operate-transfer (Toll) model.
The aim is to improve connectivity between Agra and Gwalior via a highway that would pass through Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh, decongesting cities and reducing travel time while enhancing logistics efficiency.
