Central Park to develop luxury residential project in Gurugram
Builder and developer Central Park has plans to develop a luxury residential project on the Dwarka Expressway. The firm would invest Rs 2,000 crores in the project named Delphine, which will be developed in three phases.
The work would begin next year, with completion expected by 2032. It is expected to generate Rs 3,500 crore in sales.
