3.5 lakh sq ft space leased by Enzyme Office in Bengaluru
Co-working space and managed workspace solutions provider Enzyme Office Spaces leased 3.4 lakh sq ft of flexible space in Bengaluru. The space is leased for 10 years at a monthly rental of Rs 2.5 crores.
As per updates, the firm has taken around 1.8 lakh sq ft in Whitefield, 1.5 lakh sq ft in HSR Layout, and 16,000 sq ft in Hebbal. The plan is to sublease the spaces to GCCs (Global Capacity Centres).
