IHG Hotels and K Raheja Group join hands for a hospitality project in Mumbai
Hospitality firm IHG Hotels and real estate developer K Raheja Group have joined hands for the development of a hospitality project in Powai, Mumbai. The plan is to develop a dual-hotel complex and a large-format convention centre, valued at approximately Rs 1,800 crores.
The proposed project will feature 300 keys, 13 meeting rooms, four food and beverage outlets, expansive lawns, and multiple public and event spaces. As per Business Standard, the hotel is scheduled to open this year (date not disclosed yet).
