Concorde to develop residential real estate project in Bengaluru
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Concorde has plans to develop a new residential project in the city. The firm is looking to develop Concorde Sienna, spread over 3 acres of land located on Hennur Road in North Bengaluru.
The developer plans to invest Rs 80 crore in the project that will comprise 260 premium apartments across G+28 floors, ranging from 1,200 sq ft to 1,870 sq ft. According to Concorde, the land has a development potential of about 4.5 lakh sq ft, and the project is expected to generate a gross development value of about Rs 500 crore.
