Sugam Homes plans to develop residential projects worth Rs 2,800 crore in Kolkata
Kolkata-based real estate developer Sugam Homes has plans to invest over Rs 2,800 crore to develop 3 residential projects in the city. The projects, spanning 5.5 million sq ft, would be developed in FY27.
The firm is aiming for Rs 750-800 crore of sales value in FY27, up 20% from last year. Sugam is developing 10 projects at the moment with a construction value of Rs 1,200 crore.
