Godrej Properties to develop housing project in Hyderabad
Real estate major Godrej Properties has marked its entry into Hyderabad with the launch of 'Godrej Madison Avenue,' its first premium residential project in Hyderabad. Spread over 3 acres of land the project would offer around 12 lakh square feet of saleable area. Godrej is expecting around Rs 1,300 crore in revenue from the project.
