Investment worth Rs 3,000 crore made by Signature Global
Real estate major Signature Global has made an investment worth Rs 3,000 crore in the construction of multiple projects and allocated an additional Rs 1,500 crore for land acquisition in the residential real estate sector. As per the firm they have set a collection target of Rs 6,000 crore and whatever remains after construction, office expenses, and land purchases will be used to reduce debt.
