Manasum Senior Living to develop new project in Chennai
Senior sector real estate developer, Manasum Senior Living, has plans to develop a new project in Chennai. The firm is planning to develop the project named The Madras Pavilion in partnership with VNCT Global.
Spread over 4.5 acres, the project will feature a total of 92 villas and 36 apartments and will offer units ranging from 897 sq ft to 1,124 sq ft. The apartments will range between 685-820 sq ft in 1BHK formats. The project will take an investment of Rs 150 crores.
