Keystone Realtors bags redevelopment project worth Rs 3,000 crore in Mumbai
Real estate developer Keystone Realtors has bagged rights to undertake a large layout cluster redevelopment of a total of 8 housing societies spread over around 4.75 acres in Andheri, Mumbai. The firm anticipates a saleable area of 10.6 lakh square feet, and Gross Development Value (GDV) is expected to be around Rs 3,000 crore.
As per the firm, the redevelopment aligns with the company's expansion strategy in prime suburban markets.
