Kochi Metro: KPIL emerges lowest bidder for contract related to phase 2 work
The Kochi Metro Rail Ltd. (KMRL) has declared that Kalpataru Projects International Ltd. (KPIL) is the lowest bidder (L1) for the third rail electrification contract of the Kochi Metro Phase 2 project.
KPIL placed the bid of Rs 451.69 crores. As per the tender, the work involves design verification, detail engineering, supply, Installation, testing, and commissioning of 750V DC third rail traction electrification, including Traction Substations (TSS), Auxiliary Substations (ASS), and Associated SCADA Systems.
