Rs 500 crore revenue eyed by Gopalan Enterprises from projects in Bengaluru
Real estate developer Gopalan Enterprises is eyeing revenue of Rs 500 crore by FY25. The firm has many projects in a plan that include converting its mall portfolio, including the five malls operational in its home city, into mixed-use retail developments with office spaces added rather than pure-play shopping centers.
The developers plan to add 5 million sq ft (msf) of commercial and residential spaces in Bengaluru and Mysuru. Gopalan Enterprises says that it is not looking to add more destination malls, it is considering adding 4 lakh sq ft of similar mixed-development retail spaces in Bengaluru. Upcoming developments will come up in Whitefield and Rajarajeshwari Nagar by the end of the calendar year.
