Shree Cement plans to set up new manufacturing unit in Chandrapur
Leading cement maker of India, Shree Cement, has plans to develop a new cement manufacturing unit in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra. The firm would invest Rs 2,000 crores in the project and has signed a letter of intent for the proposed investment with the state government.
This investment will be part of the group's three-year plan to take its overall capacity to 80 MTPA from the present 68 MTPA.
