Shrimann Superspecialty Hospital acquired by Fortis Healthcare
Renowned hospital chain Fortis Healthcare has acquired the 228-bed Shrimann Superspecialty Hospital in Jalandhar, Punjab. The acquisition was made through a slump sale of Rs 462 crore in an all-cash deal. As per updates, the acquisition includes the hospital building, land, and an adjunct parcel for expansion.
