UPEIDA plans 3 logistics clusters, seeks investment worth Rs 4.86 billion
The Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) has plans to develop 3 integrated manufacturing and logistics clusters across the state. UPEIDA has sent a proposal for 344 hectares of land earmarked for industrial use—133 hectares in Unnao, 123 hectares in Agra, and 88 hectares in Aligarh.
The authority has requested Rs 4.86 billion from the industries department for the projects. As per the updates, land acquisition in Barauli Ahir block of Agra has already been completed, and allotments to investors have begun.
