18,215 sq mtr land parcel acquired by Hero Realty in Greater Noida
Hero Enterprise's real estate arm, Hero Realty, has acquired 18,215 sqm. land parcel in Sector MU, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The land is acquired through an auction conducted by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA).
The land whose reserve price is Rs 97 crores has been acquired for Rs 218 crores. This move aligns with the trend of development near the recently inaugurated Noida International Airport (NIAL).
